It is the last day of 2010... another year is about to pass me by...
Many things had changed but some things remain...
When u thought u have forgiven and forgotten... things will prove u wrong otherwise...
i realized that some things will never go away... you juz have to deal with...
I realized i have not forgiven... just forgotten... Or pehaps i have forgiven but can't be forgotten...
Perhaps year 2011 will bring about surprises... but plz... let them be pleasant... :)

went for my gym training after so long... :P

my current weight varies from 54 - 55 kg but my fats level is still high!!! feel shitty over the stupid % but i shall press on! 50 kg here i come!!
